If a resident that we placed in the property buys the property you referred us, you are guaranteed a 4% minimum commission from the owner, just for doing the paperwork. This is in the contract the owner has signed with Management One.
Requirements to Qualify:
- Homes must be a single-family home, condo or smaller multi-family (2-15 units)
- Must be in Riverside and Orange County
